How to use

All times are given in local time

Tour starts at 8:30 am and ends at 9:00 pm (Approximately).

Your guide will contact you by calling your hotel room in the evening one day before the tour date to inform you the meeting time and place ( usually it is hotel lobby).

If hotel pickup&dropoff are included in the tour, the hotel should be in Guilin downtown area, if not, our reservation will contact you by email or phone for extra fee.

Your passport is required on the date of travel, or you will be rejected for boarding.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Please note the schedule time is estimated depending on the season and the weather. Your guide will arrange the exact times during the tour.

All passport copies are needed to issue the cruise ticket
