What do you think of Chengdu or see in the press? Yes, pandas, hot pot, culture and so on. During the two days’ travel, you’ll experience a different life style and visit splendid scenery. Qiang Village has more than 1,000 years history. Qiang is an ancient nationality living in the western area of China. After several movements, a part of them went into the upper reaches of Min River. Now, Qiang has become the unique minority in Sichuan province. Qiang people are strong, they haven’t create their own written form
On our culinary journey we take you on a little adventure to a minority village high up into the mountains of the Tibetan Plateau in Sichuan. Enjoy on the way up to the village a breathtaking view on majestic and snow mountains. The little ancient village belongs to the Da Qin minority
After lunch we start the hike up and do a journey through time, hiking along fields of fruit trees and blooming Sichuan pepper corn trees we discover ancient ruins, fortresses and watchtowers. The hike brings us up to a lake in the mountain – heaven on earth in peaceful surrounding
Wolong Panda Reservation is an original place where pandas live in, you can see more active pandas here than other panda bases in Chengdu. Wolong is truly a kingdom of pandas for exploration, you can interact with pandas and learn how to take care of them

Itinerary
Day 1
9:30am Your private tour guide and driver will pick you up
1:00pm Arrive at the Qiang Village and enjoy the local lunch
2:30pm Feel local culture through cooking, hiking, embroidering and so on
6:30pm Have a dinner in local family and campfire (optional)
Day 2
7:00am Get up and watch sunrise, sea of cloud and snow mountain when you meet a good weather
7:40am Breakfast time
8:30am Set off for Wolong Panda Base
9:30am Arrive at the destination and start your visit
1:00pm The end of this travel, then head back to your hotel in Chengdu
