Our tour guide, Lilia is very experienced. With more than 17 years of experience, she knows all the shortcuts and the best views including photo spots so that you will get the best photos and avoid spending unnecessary time!
She checked the weather the day before the tour and based on the weather report, she adjusted the tour and suggested to start the tour earlier. She rearrange the tour so that we can avoid the crowd and be at a better place when it rains.
She is also very knowledgeable of the history of both places and offering many insights and stories which really makes the whole tour so much more interesting!
If you are intending to visit the Great Wall of China and forbidden forest, please book through Leoprivatetour and request for Lilia! They are very efficient and the best!

I joined the Leo Private Tour Forbidden City and Mutianyu Great Wall Private Day Tour. The tour is extremely well planned and our guide Sue is experienced and very attentive to our needs. She also share many history and stories of places we visited. That gives us a long and lasting impression of the tour.

I booked this trip for the first time and is very pleased with Leo travel agency and our tour guide Hannah. Car is big and comfortable and our driver is easy going too. Hannah is bilingual and we enjoyed her service the entire day. She even helped to suggest dinner places for us when I was craving for hotpot. I will definitely recommend them for a fuss free and meaningful tour of these popular places.

Your tour begins with pickup from your Beijing hotel at a time of your choosing Traveling by private vehicle, head straight to the first stop of the day - Tiananmen Square, right in the heart of Beijing. The largest city square in the world, with space for up to one million people.
Continue on foot to the Forbidden City, once the epicenter of the Imperial City and the largest ancient palace complex in the world. Follow your guide on a walking tour of the UNESCO World Heritage site, admiring the palatial buildings and cultural relics that date back to the Ming and Qing dynasties.
After visiting the Forbidden City, set out on the around 1.5-hour journey to the Mutianyu Great Wall. On arrival at Mutianyu, listen as your guide offers some background information about the famous wall — a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World — then enjoy around 2 hours to explore. Optional, Riding the chairlift to Tower 6, returning by toboggan, or take the cable car to Tower 14 (recommended for those nervous of heights), and walk along part of the wall, taking in the spectacular views.
After tour, your guide and driver will take you back to hotel . If you want to dinner in downtown, we can drop you off at restaurant instead on hotel.
