◆ Redemption method
- Present the QR code in the voucher at the redemption counter to collect your physical ticket.
- ※Do not select the "check in" button in the voucher before use. The ticket will expire 30 min after selection.
◆ Redemption location
- Redemption locations at Kansai Airport (8 locations in total)
- Terminal 1: North inquiry counter, south inquiry counter, coupon issuance counter A, coupon issuance counter B, coupon issuance counter C, coupon issuance counter D
- Terminal 2: Domestic line coupon issuance counter A, international line inquiry counter

- Redemption voucher validity: Valid for redemption within 365 days from the booking date.
- Validity period: Tickets must be used within 365 days (including the day of redemption) after redemption.
- This ticket does not require a designated date or departure time slot.

◆ Pick-up point
From January 27, 2026, the bus stops for the routes from Kansai airport to Osaka Umeda and from Osaka Umeda to Kansai airport will be at the New Hankyu Hotel (in front of Osaka station). Starting from January 27, 2026 (including the 27th), the bus stops for these routes will be relocated to Hankyu Sanbangai (highway bus terminal).

※All seats and toilets on the bus are non-smoking areas. In addition, bus stops are also non-smoking areas. Please refrain from smoking. If you wish to smoke, please proceed to designated smoking areas. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please do not eat or drink loudly on the bus, and avoid bringing strongly scented food.
Each passenger can check in up to 2 pieces of baggage.
For example: up to 2 suitcases with total weight not exceeding 30 kg, total volume 0.25 m³, and each side not exceeding 2 m as carry-on items
In principle, for designated routes, available seats can be used on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats cannot be reserved in advance. Please remind travelers to check the timetable and arrive early at the boarding point to queue. Especially for the Kyoto line, there will be more passengers, so travelers should arrive earlier.
If the bus cannot depart or stops operating due to reasons such as bus company issues or adverse weather conditions, the schedule and operation plan may be temporarily changed. No responsibility will be taken for such situations.
※ When storing suitcases or large luggage in the bus luggage compartment, please keep the 'luggage storage ticket' safe. You will need this ticket to retrieve your luggage upon disembarking, so please take care not to lose it.
