Inclusions

Exclusions
- If the WiFi device is not returned, the full deposit will be lost. If any device accessories are not returned, a fee will be deducted according to the standard rate at the service counter
Change & Refund Policies
- Cancellations made at or before 00:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 25%
- Cancellations made after 00:00 at least 1 day before the date of use will incur a cancellation fee of 50%
- Partial cancellation of this booking is not permitted

- The deposit for the equipment (MYR 350 per device) must be paid onsite
- Deposit payment methods are as follows:
- Cash payment of MYR 350 per device, returned in cash when returning the device
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) payment of MYR 350 per device, please contact Malaysia Customer Service via whatsapp to get your deposit after returning the device

- Please note that pickup and drop-off days are inclusive in the booking period; any extra days will be charged at the original retail price

Important Information
- The device is a lithium battery. If you are taking a flight, it must be placed in carry-on luggage and cannot be placed in check-in luggage
