I really have to praise our tour guide, Christina, for this trip. We were supposed to depart at 9:00 AM, but the traffic in Beijing was terrible that morning. We were stuck on the road for over an hour, so I had to inform customer service that we might miss our flight. They said they could only wait an extra two or three minutes. When we arrived at the meeting point, I immediately told my family that the trip had been cancelled. Suddenly, I received a call from Christina asking if we had arrived. It turned out she was waiting for us there! We were so touched. Throughout the entire trip, Christina took excellent care of us, handling everything perfectly from explaining the attractions to ticket checks. She even called to ask if we had eaten. She was so thoughtful! These actions deeply moved us Malaysian travelers. Seeing so many positive reviews online, I know we definitely made the right choice. Highly recommended!

Firstly, I would like to thank the tour guide, namedEvelyn 学兰, had been very attentive to us and knowledgeable about the history of the Badaling when she roughly shared with us the differences between the great wall of China like Mutianyu and Badaling. She is also a very responsible yet calm and composed when she provided her emergency number just in case we are lost or anything. Hence, the whole trip from the start to end was a smooth and pleasant one without any possible delay. She is also very meticulous in managing each and every one of us in terms of explaining the details with regards to the trip and also gave suggestions whether or not under this rainy day should we proceed to take cable car or manually buy ourselves. In all, this is acrually my 3rd time coming here apart from other scenic places with my friend and my parents under this BUSDA booking I have had. Would recommend to all foreign friends should you want a reliable, responsible and pleasant tour guides.
