We spent two full days with our wonderful guide Mani, immersing ourselves in Puducherry and its fascinating culture. The first day we visited the city itself and its surroundings (including Auroville and a mangrove boat trip); the second day we visited with him the archeological sites of Mahabalipuram. Both days Mani offered us a perfectly curated tour, including everything essential, never missing a beat and giving every single tourist site its full due; e.g., at the Aurobindo Ashram we took ten minutes time for a meditation session in the flower garden; and in Auroville we walked to the Matrimandir to really soak in the magical atmosphere of the place. The two days we spent with Mani were some of our best days of our entire India trip. Thank you so much for this experience.★

Went with Five seasons guide Janaith and driver Adhil, who were superb from pick up to drop off, great driving in a bonkers city, whole trip was great all very interesting with great input from Janaith which enhanced the experience.
Our personal highlights were Manakula temple, eglise de Notre Dame des Angles church, paper factory and Auroville, we both tried the south indian food, which was great for me, not so the good lady as she's not into spicy, but a new experience, good value for money and would recommend anyone to give it a whirl, Pondacherry is lovely..★

Rajesh has been excellent. His communication prior to my excursion was superb: he confirmed my pickup venue and time well in advance which was both helpful and reassuring.
The day itself was excellent. Rajesh was waiting for me ahead of time and walked me to our vehicle and driver for the day. The vehicle was clean and was well stocked with bottled water.
Driver was brilliant - navigating the insane Indian traffic safely and with no signs of stress. Driver was also super courteous.
The guys had no issues stopping for breaks on the long journey down to Pondicherry.
Pondicherry itself was lovely - totally matched my expectations: calmer than Chennai.
Rajesh was a great guide, spending time at each of scheduled sites to explain the history and back stories.
I highly recommend Rajesh and his team: they ensured I got the most from my day and made me feel safe at all times.
