Eligibility

Child: Age 6 to 11

Children under 5 years old who require a reserved seat must purchase a child's rail pass.

How to use

Present the received e-confirmation and your passport (including short-term visa for non-Japanese nationals) at the designated station ticket counter (Green Window counter) to exchange for a physical ticket.

Change & cancellation policies

A fee of 10% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:00 on the day of expiration date.

A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 23:00 on the day of expiration date.

This product cannot be canceled after ticket activation, or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
