[Install eSIM]
Install directly within the Trip. com app:
iOS users: Please ensure your Trip. com app is updated to the latest version and your iPhone system is upgraded to iOS 17. 4 or higher, then you can install the eSIM directly within the app.
Install by scanning a QR code/manually entering eSIM information:
1. Open the QR code attachment in your Trip. com APP order, and print it out in advance or save it to another electronic device. (iOS 17 and above systems and some Android phones can directly save the QR code image to the phone)
2. Open Cellular (iOS) or SIM card management (Android) in Settings.
3. With your phone connected to the internet, tap "Add Cellular Plan" (iOS) or "Add SIM card management" (Android), then scan the QR code to install.
4. If scanning is not possible, you can enter the "SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code" from your order voucher to install.
5. If steps 3 or 4 fail, your phone may be network-locked by your home carrier (unable to use other carrier network bands). You need to contact your carrier to unlock it before using the eSIM.

1. Turn off the primary SIM card and turn on the eSIM network switch.
2. Enable Cellular Data (iOS) or SIM card (Android).
3. Turn on Data Roaming.
4. If you still cannot access the internet after the above settings, please set the APN and restart your phone. See details below.

1. If you purchased an eSIM covering multiple countries/regions and cannot connect upon arriving in a new area, please manually switch the APN (normally it switches automatically).
2. Setting path: Cellular > Cellular Data Network, or Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Names > Add.
3. Enter APN: cmhk
4. Restart your phone.
[How to Use a Renewal Order]
The renewal order will activate automatically after the initial plan's validity period ends. Do not scan the QR code to install again.
1. For plans with high-speed data that slows down after use, the slowed data will be used first until the initial plan's validity period ends. Restart your phone to start using the renewed plan.
2. For plans with high-speed data that stops after use, restart your phone after the high-speed data is used up to start using the renewed order.
If you need to use the eSIM on another device, please click "Re-book", not "Apply for renewal". Renewed data plans do not support changing devices.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
This product cannot be canceled after activation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

1. The device supports eSIM functionality.
