[Set up eSIM]
eSIM installation and activation require a stable network connection. This product is valid for up to 365 days, so you can install it in advance without worry. However, to avoid prematurely expiring your plan by mistakenly activating it in a country other than your destination, we recommend reactivating and activating it online after arriving at your destination.
[Enable Data Roaming]
Please make sure that the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM is enabled.
[Maintaining the Principle of Fair Internet Usage]
To maintain the quality of internet connectivity and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecom companies worldwide may impose data limits on customers who use large amounts of internet traffic in a short period, which may lead to internet access failure or slower speeds. To ensure you can maintain a stable connection, please try to avoid activities that consume a large amount of data, such as prolonged video streaming/downloading, software updates, sharing the internet (hotspot) with others, or other high-data usage activities.
