[Late-return]

  1. Data services will be terminated at 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (Korean time) the day after the designated return date.
  2. If the device is not returned within 5 days after the service termination date, a lost device fee is automatically applied to the registered credit card. This will be refunded if the gadget is returned within 30 days.
  3. If returned late, even if there was no usage during the period, a rental fee of 3,300 KRW per day will be imposed.
  4. If you would like to extend your usage period, please notify us online via C/S center

[[Device damaged or lost]

  1. If you have any problems using the device after pick-up, please do not contact SKT shops; instead, visit LINK KOREA office in Seoul or contact us through the online customer care center.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

1. During pickup, a credit card in the name of the individual collecting the item must be swiped as a guarantee. The swipe will only approve payment, not charge it, and all data will be deleted once the device is returned.

2. Only credit cards (such as Visa and Mastercard) are accepted. DEBIT CARDS, Hana Card, American Express, or overseas-issued Samsung credit cards are not accepted.

3. Due to the limited quantity of power banks available, if you need to rent a power bank for free, please notify the staff at pickup; otherwise, the counter will not provide it.

4. Device pickup and return can be done at any moment within the business hours of the designated sites (e.g. pickup at Point A and return at Point B).

5. If the device is not returned by the specified return date, the data service will be stopped the next day, between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm (Korean time).

6. If the device is not returned within 5 days after the service termination date, a lost device fee is automatically applied to the registered credit card. This will be refunded if the gadget is returned within 30 days.

7. Please be aware that LINK KOREA office is closed on weekends and public holidays. If you need to pick up or return the Wi-Fi equipment, please do so during office hours, Monday through Friday.

8. Please keep in mind that once used, the gadget must be returned to the pickup location before going through customs. There will be no counter accessible for returns after you pass through customs.
