When I contacted them saying I wouldn't be able to make it to the appointed time on the day I booked, they rescheduled it for the next day. Our tour guide, Tung, was also great! Also, the people from other countries on the tour were very easy to talk to and friendly, and it was a lot of fun. I highly recommend everyone to go.

We enjoyed the tour. We met at the church in Sapa and then walked through the town to the starting point. This section was along the road and not very scenic. A bus could have been arranged to take us directly to the starting point, or we could have met directly there as the tour's meeting point. Despite that, the tour guide was very friendly and explained a lot. The view over the rice terraces was beautiful.


