I buy it every time because I can ride smoothly to arex! I didn't know the time it would take to immigrate, so I was thinking of buying only the voucher and getting on the earliest train, but because it was Saturdays and Sundays, it was full and I could only make a reservation one hour later. Did ...! If you have a fixed time, we recommend specifying the date and time from the official website!

I always buy it here! Since the train at the desired time may be sold out, if you type in the voucher number issued by trip on the AREX official website, you can issue a ticket with a specified time and seat in advance 🙆♀️

I don't know when I can get on the way, so I bought a voucher for the return and made a seat reservation on the arex site (Japanese support).
Just before, there were many cases where there was no seat and I couldn't ride 々, so I was able to make a reservation in advance for the seat and spend it with peace of mind.
Also, it is cheaper than buying at the counter, and I will definitely buy a voucher in the future.

Super easy to use, especially since it's a short walk from Terminal 1. Just scan the QR code to get to your gate. It's way faster than a cab or bus to get to the city.

How to use
1. Passenger Guide
Tickets can be purchased 10 minutes before each train departs.
The 13-digit voucher code below the QR code after purchase is used to reserve seats on the official website.
The QR code for boarding the train will be received only after the reservation is successfully made on the official website.
Please use the official website train QR code to board the Arex train.
Passengers can use the printed ticket to board the express train.
To ensure safety, express train passengers must arrive at the platform 3 minutes in advance.
Please refer to the passenger terms and conditions for details.
2. Refund/Exchange
The purchased ticket can be changed up to 3 times, and a change fee will be charged for changes more than 2 times.
If you forget the ticket password (6 digits), you can choose to change the ticket password, and the change link will be sent to your email.
If you need to change the train time, please complete the change before the reserved train time departs. The reserved train cannot be changed after departure.

- When picking up your ticket, please show the [email sent by Arex official website and the QR code of successful booking]. You cannot pick up your ticket by SMS.
- Once the ticket is issued, it will not be refunded. Please confirm the remaining seats in advance before purchasing.
- If the train you want to take is full, please take the next train
- Due to maintenance of the official website reservation system, the official website will not be able to book Airport Express products from December 18th. The reservation resumption time will be notified separately. Thank you for your understanding.
