QR code/Manual installation:
1. Open the QR code attachment in the Trip.com APP. The mobile phone can directly save the QR code image to the mobile phone
2. Open Cellular Network (iOS) or SIM Card Management (Android) in Settings
3. When your phone is connected to the Internet, click "Add Cellular Network" (iOS) or "Add SIM Card Management" (Android) and scan the QR code to install.
4. If you cannot scan the code, you can enter the "SM-DP + Address and Activation Code" in the booking voucher to install it
5. If you fail in step 3 or 4, you need to contact the operator to unlock and use eSIM

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
