1. On certain dates with high visitor traffic, Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe will implement mandatory seat reservations (by selecting ascent/descent times for crowd control), during which peak season pricing will apply!

2. Mandatory seat reservation period: May 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025. Applies to round-trip journeys on the Jungfrau Railway from Eiger Glacier/Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, ensuring you can travel at your preferred time. Without a reserved seat during peak hours, the Jungfrau Railway may reach full capacity, requiring you to wait for the next available train.

3. Please present your QR code voucher at the ticket counter of Interlaken Ost station for ticket redemption. Show your Jungfraujoch ticket at shops in the Jungfrau region to enjoy a special 5% discount.

4. Since seat reservations require selecting a descent time, tickets are issued with a default 2-hour stay at the mountaintop. For special requests, please contact customer support in advance or call the after-sales hotline.

5. Non-Chinese guests must book the package: D Interlaken or Grindelwald round-trip + includes seat reservation with required uphill/downhill time selection. Non-Chinese guests can use this package without needing to redeem tickets, simply scan the e-ticket for access.

Mountain Ascent Route:

① Top left: Depart from Interlaken East Station (Interlaken Ost) by train to Grindelwald, then transfer to the cable car at Grindelwald Terminal to reach Eigergletscher.

), then transfer to the cogwheel train to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe. Peak season ascent time is the cable car ride duration from Grindelwald to Eiger Glacier. The entire journey takes approx. 1h 36min.

② Top right: Take the train from Interlaken Ost to Lauterbrunnen, transfer in Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg, then transfer again

Cogwheel train to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe. During peak season, the selected uphill time is the cogwheel train departure time from Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe. The entire journey takes approx. 2h6min.

Descend the Mountain Route:

Bottom left: Take the cogwheel train from Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe to Eigergletscher, then transfer to the cable car to Grindelwald, and take the train back to Interlaken East. During peak season, the descent time is from Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe to Eigergletscher.

Bottom right: Take the cogwheel train from Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe to Kleine Scheidegg, then transfer to the train to Lauterbrunnen, and finally take the train back to Interlaken East Station. During peak season, the descent time is from Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe to Kleine Scheidegg.

Children under 6 travel for free. Children aged 6–15 enjoy child ticket prices, while those 16 and above pay adult prices. Child tickets must be accompanied by an adult to be valid.
