• After arriving in the package coverage area, enable the "Data roaming" feature for eSIM to access the internet normally.
Renewal service notice
1. Please confirm before booking
• Independence: The renewal booking and the original booking are two completely separate packages, and the data and expiration date will not be accumulated.
• Device restrictions: Renewal is only applicable to the "originally linked device". If you need to change your phone, please do not purchase a renewal booking. Instead, buy a new booking.
• Purchase path: Go to the "original booking page" and click the "Renewal" button to complete the action.
• No reinstallation needed: As long as the original eSIM settings are not deleted, you can start using it directly after renewal completion.
2. Traffic and expiration date activation rules
The renewed traffic and expiration date will be added (non-cumulative) to the original booking, with the following activation rules:
Method 1 automatic activation: The expiration date has passed
The high-speed data of the original booking has not been exhausted, but the package's validity period has ended → The renewal booking will automatically take effect after the original booking expires, with no manual action required.
Method 2 manual activation: High-speed traffic has been used up and needs to be activated in advance
The high-speed data from the original booking has been exhausted, resulting in reduced internet speed, but the package's expiration date has not yet been reached, so the system cannot automatically activate the renewal booking. If you wish to use the renewal booking early, please contact the supplier's customer support to request "early termination of the original booking."
Note: Early termination of the original booking is an irreversible action, and refund requests due to inability to restore the original booking will not be accepted.
Disable domestic SIM card roaming
Before using eSIM, be sure to disable data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid high international roaming charges from using your domestic mobile network. You are responsible for all related costs, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase expenses, and transportation fees, with no additional compensation provided.
Adhering to fair data usage principles
To ensure internet quality and comply with fair data usage principles (FUP), carriers may monitor users who excessively consume data within short periods, which could lead to connection interruptions or reduced speeds.
To maintain a stable connection, it is recommended to avoid high-data activities such as watching/downloading long videos, software updates, or internet sharing (hotspot).
