Your booking for the Forbidden City is confirmed, which means your ticket has been successfully issued. Simply scan your reserved ID for entry on the day of your visit! For unsuccessful bookings, the merchant will contact you for cancellation at least 6 days in advance.
Refund and cancellation processing time: The Forbidden City ticket booking period is from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, during which staff are processing bookings and confirming information. Refund requests for bookings submitted after 7:00 PM will be processed collectively after 11:00 PM, which may affect your waitlist status. Please consider this before placing your order!
Mainland Chinese audiences can only use ID cards! Non-mainland audiences must use a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residents, PRC Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, or passport for booking!
The merchant may adjust morning/afternoon ticket time slots based on official website inventory. If the purchased ticket type doesn't match the time slot and the guest disagrees with the arrangement, they can request a free cancellation!
