Fukuoka City's subway system consists of the Airport Line, Hakozaki Line, and Nanakuma Line.
The Airport Line operates between Meinohama Station and Fukuoka Airport Station, the Hakozaki Line runs between Nakasu-Kawabata Station and Kaizuka Station, and the Nanakuma Line operates between Hashimoto Station and Hakata Station.
Nakasukawabata is a transfer station between the Airport Line and the Hakozaki Line. The subway Hakozaki Line has direct trains to Meinohama and Nishijin without transfers.
The subway operates from approximately 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Trains run every 4–8 minutes.

Ticket redemption method
After a successful booking, the platform will send a verification code or QR code to the email address provided by the guest.
Please present the verification code or QR code at the Fukuoka Airport international counter to exchange for a physical ticket.
How to use
① Upon first ticket check, the date and station name of your ride will be printed on the ticket. The ticket is valid for unlimited rides on the printed date.
For children aged 1–5, each ticketed adult can bring up to two children for free. A child ticket is required for any additional child beyond two.
Example usage: Collect your physical ticket at the international flight counter, take the free shuttle bus to the domestic terminal, and begin using it at the subway station in the domestic terminal.
Return and Exchange Policy
① Free cancellation and changes are supported before redeeming the physical ticket and within the expiration date of the booking.
After redeeming a physical ticket, ticket refunds or exchanges are not supported at the redemption window. We appreciate your understanding.
* To refund physical tickets, please visit the Hakata Station or Tenjin Station subway service center. A refund fee of ¥220 per ticket applies and will be at your own expense.
