Itinerary Overview
Departure (meeting point) > Hot air balloon ride > In-flight experience > Landing > Champagne breakfast (optional)
1. Gather at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park hotel (192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne) in the city center 1 hour before sunrise, then take the bus to Balgownie Estate (guests who choose "self-drive" must arrive at Balgownie Estate independently).
2. After a brief introduction by the pilot, you will be driven to the launch site where you can assist with the hot air balloon inflation or step back to take photos.
3. You will gently ascend with the hot air balloon, gliding over forests, farmlands, and vine-dotted river valleys, witnessing the sunrise. Your flight will last approximately 1 hr.
4. After landing and packing up the balloon, we headed straight to Balgownie Estate for a champagne breakfast (available only for bookings that include "breakfast and hotel transfers"), enjoying the beautiful scenery of the winery.

3. After breakfast, return to the designated downtown location for dismissal: Federation Square or Queen Victoria Market
4. After the ticket is issued, download the flight confirmation procedure: Download the mobile app 'Global Ballooning Australia', enter the flight location and date to receive flight updates by 6 PM the day before your flight.
Drive to
Address: Balgownie Estate (Corner of Gulf Rd & Melba Hwy, Yarra Glen, Victoria 3775). The winery offers complimentary parking, and guests can independently choose breakfast packages.
Useful Information
The journey begins before sunrise when it's still quite cold;
2. Please do not wear high heels during the flight;
3. It is recommended not to wear light-colored clothing, as the burner may drip water mixed with charcoal.
4. You can wear a hat as the burner will get hot.
5. Recommended attire: Ski-style clothing with sturdy shoes, warm socks, and a hat; sunglasses are also advisable.
6. We will not be responsible for compensating for clothing that gets dirty or damaged during adventure activities.
Important Notes
1. Operating Hours: 03:00~04:00 to 09:00~10:00 (summer); 04:00~05:00 to 10:00~11:00 (winter);
2. Age restriction: Children under 6 years old cannot participate in this activity. Please provide the child's age when placing the order.
3. Booking Notice: Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in this itinerary.
4. If you change your contact information after arriving in Australia, please notify us immediately; ensure your phone remains accessible at all times.
5. The itinerary duration is for reference only, as the actual activity time may be affected by weather and traffic conditions on the day. We recommend reserving a full half-day to participate in the hot air balloon ride.
6. Due to liquor licensing restrictions in the Yarra Valley, complimentary champagne served during Sunday breakfast is only available after 10:00 AM. From Monday to Saturday, breakfast venues in Melbourne city and the Yarra Valley may serve complimentary champagne before 10:00 AM.
