Please show your smartphone ticket to the guide when boarding the touring vehicle
Please be at the meeting point on time outside the Melbourne Immigration Museum at the corner of Flinders Street & Market Street
Departure time varies based on the season: at 1:45 PM during winter, and at 2:45 PM during summer
No prams, strollers, or luggage permitted

Child booster/seat reservations can be made in advance by contacting the customer service department
Infant seat (0-3 years) or a child booster seat (4-8 years) provided free of charge, subject to availability (details on voucher)
Children under the age of 18 who wish to travel by themselves on any of our day or extended day tours must have a Parent/Guardian consent form completed and signed

If a cancellation request is submitted before 14:43, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
