1. Due to the peak season, traffic congestion is currently occurring throughout Tokyo, causing delays in some Sky Hop Bus Tokyo schedules. The journey may take longer than usual, and transfers to connecting routes at the Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building bus stop may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Additionally, with the arrival of the peak season, many customers are using this service, and the buses are consistently overcrowded. You may not be able to board your desired bus due to overcrowding. In such cases, please take the next available bus.
Terms & Conditions
If you and your travel companions have separate travel plans, please place separate orders.
1. This product is calculated by calendar day, not by 24 hr. That is, a 1-day ticket will automatically expire at the end of the bus operation on that day. Therefore, we recommend you start using it in the morning.
2. The bus does not operate 24 hours a day. Please check the bus schedule in advance and plan your trip accordingly.
3. Your phone needs to be connected to the internet when presenting the e-voucher. The QR code on the e-voucher is dynamic and requires an internet connection to use.
The 2-day ticket must be used on 2 consecutive days.
5. Bus operating stations may temporarily close some stops due to weather, road conditions, or local large-scale activities. If language options are updated, no additional notice will be given)
6. You can board at any designated bus station during the bus operating hours.
7. It is strongly recommended that you do not take the last train to avoid delays in your trip.
8. Please do not carry large luggage on the sightseeing bus.
9. The hop-on hop-off bus does not have assigned seating.
