There are no maximum age restrictions If you need organise to transport from your accommodation to our departure point please book it via the hotel concierge. Please arrive to check-in 15 minutes before departure The drop-off location is Waterloo Place in central Edinburgh Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark. Cancellation of Day Tours: A full refund will be given if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the tour's departure time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure time will incur a 100% fee.
