• It must be installed and activated at the destination within 30 days after receiving the eSIM, otherwise the eSIM will become invalid and unusable.
• If you do not receive email having eSIM, kindly check spam/junk email or contact us.
• Please do not delete eSIM after activating. The eSIM QR code can only be activated once. We are not able to assist you if the eSIM has been deleted from the device.

Daily Reset Time: GMT+8 - eSIM is activated upon installation in the device. One day of eSIM usage is counted from the activation time until 23:59 (GMT+8).

• Please note that eSIM usage time will start as soon as the eSIM is inserted into the device, regardless of the user’s location. To avoid incurring unnecessary charges, please only install your eSIM when you have arrived in the country where you will be using it.

However, due to the regulations and policies of some countries as well as the carrier’s policies where you are using, there may be cases where access to the TikTok application is not possible.
