Please be on time! Our photographers are usually pretty busy, so make sure you plan how to get to the meeting point in advance!
If you have special requests, please email us directly at hello@picster.co - we can cater to most, and we want to make sure you have a great time!
Our photographers have access to your phone number, so make sure you leave us with a working whatsapp or phone number so we can reach you.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
