The Sendai Medical College where Mr. Lu Xun studied in Sendai was the predecessor of Tohoku University School of Medicine. Today, there is a stone statue of Mr. Lu Xun on the campus, and there is also an exhibition room commemorating Lu Xun in the historical museum. Ichibancho Ichibangai Shopping Street: Located on "Chuo-dori" Avenue, which is familiar to Sendai citizens, it is a main street with many unique shops in small alleys.
