Meet the representative at the meeting point at the bottom of the stairs across from the entrance of the Vatican Museums
The stairs are located right next to Caffè Vaticano at the intersection of Viale Vaticano and Via Tunisi

To access St. Peter's Basilica, please consider that from June to the end of August there could be long line and the waiting time could be up to 30 minutes
Shoulders and knees must be covered
No big bags and suitcases allowed; there are lockers on-site
A PASSPORT or VALID ID is required for this tour due to St. Peter's Basilica security. It is your responsibility to bring a valid document. Failure to provide ID will result in denied entry.
Saint Peter's Basilica may close unexpectedly due to religious ceremonies
On Wednesdays, access to St. Peter's Basilica may be restricted until 1 pm due to the Papal Audience.

Please be advised that access to St. Peter's Basilica will not be guaranteed unless the names of all participants in the booking are provided in advance. This requirement is essential for security and the Venue organizational purposes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit.
Please note that in case of unexpected closures of some of the areas inside the Museums, the guide may have to modify the itinerary slightly.
All visitors are required to arrive at the meeting point on time
Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be given
From Monday 27th of May until the end of November Michelangelo's Pieta' in Saint Peter Basilica will not be visible due to renewal works of the opera protective glass
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
