◆ How to Use
- Please click the link in the admission voucher to reserve your preferred bus departure time slot. After completing the reservation, a QR code for boarding will appear. Show this code to the bus station staff or driver when boarding.
- This departure schedule cannot be selected when fully booked.
- You can board the train with a screenshot of the QR code ticket.
- If you book a reserved seat, the seat number will be displayed on your QR code ticket.
- Up to 2 pieces of baggage per person can be stored in the luggage compartment.
- This product cannot be redeemed separately and must be redeemed in one go. It does not have an allocation function, requiring all passengers to travel together. We recommend that guests book tickets separately.
◆ Booking Instructions:
- Please follow the instructions and complete the reservation process at least 1 day before the ride date.
- You can modify your booking up to 5 minutes before the bus departure time. Cancellations or refund requests are allowed until 5 minutes before the scheduled bus departure, after which no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
※If the bus you booked is cancelled or changed at the last minute, the staff will assist you in changing to another bus and seat.
※Bus reservations must be cancelled 5 minutes before the bus you wish to board. If you do not cancel the reservation in time, it cannot be cancelled.
※The airport shuttle bus has a reserved seat system. You will not be able to board the bus if the seats are full. There is no standing room on the bus. The seat number will be displayed on the QR ticket sold with a reserved seat system. If the seat is not reserved, please choose your seat freely.
※QR tickets can also be used by taking screenshots.
※Free Wi-Fi is available in the car.
※This ticket cannot be resold. Resold tickets cannot be used.
※Smoking is prohibited on all limousine buses.
※Because the bus runs on roads (including expressways), there is often traffic jam in the morning and evening of weekdays or during travel seasons, which may cause delays, so please be sure to leave enough time when leaving.
※ Your luggage will be stored in the luggage compartment of the bus, up to 2 pieces per person.

10. Please do not put the following items in the luggage to be stored:
1) Explosives, flammable or easily ignited objects, corrosive chemicals, etc. that may endanger the safety of the bus and its cargo.
2) Pets (birds, dogs, cats and other small animals) cannot be stored as luggage.
3) The size of the luggage to be stored must be within 50×60×120 cm (please ask the staff in advance). The weight of each piece of luggage must be less than 30 kg, and each person can store up to 2 pieces.
