This trip was a good fill day trip, covering a lot of area physically and culturally. The Mayan shores we visited were very interesting. Adonis, our guide, was very informative and interesting. I feel like we had plenty of time at the sites, to see everything. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us seeing the volcano, but the walk through the rainforest was still good. Anyone wanting a closer experience with volcanoes would probably be better with a hiking tour, but this easy trip was ideal for my husband and I.

We loved this activity; David is a truly excellent and very knowledgeable guide. We suggest doing this tour as soon as you arrive in San Salvador so you can enjoy the city afterward.

My daughter and I spent 11 days in El Salvador and went on many tours. This was a favorite! We got way more out of the tour than expected. When they say full day, they mean full day. Our guide added such personal touches and went out of her way to make every tourist feel important. This is an excursion that we remember most.


