2. Open the hot air balloon: Passengers can assist the staff in setting up/opening the balloon, creating a truly unique experience.
3. Hot air balloon ride: Approximately 1 hour of flight time in the sky.
4. Pack up the hot air balloon: After landing, passengers can assist the crew in folding up the balloon together—an entertaining experience in itself.

If you have selected the transfer service, the meeting point is: Pullman Melbourne on the Park, 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne.

Guests who selected breakfast: After the activity ends, staff will take you back to the hotel to enjoy a champagne buffet breakfast.
The entire experience takes approximately 3.5–4.5 hours, and you'll typically be returned to the meeting point between 9–10 AM to disperse on your own.
If you have selected the transfer service, we usually return you to Queen Victoria Market or Federation Square between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

How to use:
1. After placing your order, we will send an e-confirmation to your email. Please be sure to check your email and verify the confirmation details. On the day of participation, please proceed to the meeting point on your own.
2. If you have selected the transfer service, please wait for the driver at Pullman Melbourne on the Park: 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Present your confirmation voucher to board. Note that the driver will not proactively call you. Late arrivals resulting in missed tours will be considered voluntary forfeiture and are non-refundable.
3. Before your trip, please download the Global Ballooning Australia app to access hot air balloon ride information. Download links: For iPhone: https://apple.co/2SuSxdj For Android: https://bit.ly/2GpXPBO. In the app, enter your booked flight location and date, then enable notifications.
You will receive the flight assembly or pickup time the night before your flight, along with notification about whether the hot air balloon ride activity can proceed as scheduled the next day.
