The Qin Dynasty (221-207 BC) was the first unified dynasty in Chinese history, developing from the Qin State during the Warring States Period. The Terracotta Army, a burial pit at the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huangdi, contains numerous burial objects in the shape of chariots, horses, and soldiers. Hailed as the "Eighth Wonder of the World," it is one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of the 20th century.
