Our tour guide was the handsome Jeff! I'd heard so much about him while researching. Meeting him today, he truly lived up to everyone's reputation. He's an "encyclopedic" guide! From the vast world to ancient and modern times, from astronomy to geography, Jeff knows everything. He had a great chat and arranged the itinerary perfectly! We were lucky enough to see proboscis monkeys and fireflies. It was a private tour during the off-season. I highly recommend this trip. The afternoon tea and dinner were simple, but the food was delicious. Everyone from the customer service to the guide was sincere and enthusiastic. Thank you for your company and help. I'd love to work with you again next time!

The itinerary was well-planned, and the round-trip transportation was convenient, saving me a lot of trouble! The guide was patient, and the snorkeling gear was clean. Even beginners got used to it in just 5 minutes. Underwater, you could clearly see clownfish and colorful corals. Overall, it deserves five stars!

For just over 200 rupees, you get to visit a ranch, walk a suspension bridge, and even have afternoon tea – I think it's excellent value. The guide contacted us a day in advance to confirm the pick-up time, spoke entirely in Chinese, and took us to the ranch to see the cows, walk across the suspension bridge, and take pictures of the scenery. I also booked my mangrove tour with this company before – reliable and affordable! Definitely book this company when you're in Kota Kinabalu! (A bit of an exaggeration, haha, but I really think it's great).

The pickup was safe and comfortable, and the schedule seemed to have gone according to plan. However, it was a shame that the weather suddenly got bad and we didn't get to see many fireflies. However, overall, I'm leaving with good memories.

We had Jeff aka Mr Handsome as our guide. He was v responsible and contacted us a day before w details abt the tour. Jeff has excellent communication skills and is sensitive to the needs of the travellers. He made a slight change due to the weather and bcos of this we avoided the jams. He is very experienced and you feel v assured and relaxed throughout the whole trip. I could not find anything that really needs improving(maybe the potholes). One of the most excellent and knowledgeable guides we have come across through our many decades of tours. He never stops learning. I will not hesitate to recommend Jeff. We got to see our rafflesia and the desa farm was brilliant. The small hike at poring springs was enjoyable! Tqvm for a wonderful day and arrangements!
