Pick-up and drop-off policy: Free within 5 kilometers of Chiang Mai Old City; additional charges apply for areas outside this range.
Weather policy: Rain or shine; cancellations will not be made due to weather conditions.
Items to bring: walking shoes, hat, swimsuit, sunscreen, insect repellent, towel, change of clothes, and a photocopy of your passport.
Age limit:
Children aged 1-3: Free (for onlookers only, must be accompanied by a parent).
Children aged 4-10: Observers only (cannot participate in the activity).
Participants must be at least 10 years old.
