No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 00:00 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 00:00 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

What if the store is closed when the flight arrives?

  • Providing the best customer experience is very important to us. If a flight is delayed and the delay is beyond our store opening hours, our store will remain open until the flight arrives and the customer can come to the store.
  • Our staff will monitor flight arrivals. If our store is not open, we will provide customer service details for customers to contact. Our team will provide customers with options on how to receive the SIM card (for example - send the SIM card to the customer's hotel)
