Host Introduction
Hello everyone, I am the host in Beijing, the owner of Wuyunxuan. I have been influenced by Beijing's traditional culture since I was a child, and I love poetry, calligraphy, and Chinese painting. Among them, I have a special liking for Chinese painting, especially flower and bird painting. I have been taught by Xu Zhan, Liu Cunhui, and Guo Shifu, and have been practicing for decades, learning from nature and gaining inspiration from the heart. My works are widely praised in the field of freehand flower and bird painting, and are collected by buyers from many countries such as the United States, Britain, France, Germany, and Russia. Now I have my own studio, Wuyunxuan, at the Donghuamen of the Forbidden City in Beijing, dedicated to the exchange and inheritance of Chinese and foreign cultures.
Experience Introduction
We will tell you about the origin, history, folklore, cultural influences and colouring of the Rabbit Master, which has been popular in Beijing for over 600 years. Not only that, you will also pick up a paintbrush, dip it in colourful paints, give full play to your imagination, put on the armour of the Rabbit, or put on a fashionable suit for the Rabbit, and then put on a thick brush to paint the two slender white ears with heavy colours, and paint a Rabbit that is uniquely your own.
I believe you can also create your own rabbit with a strong regional Beijing flavour. At the end of the experience, we will enjoy the authentic Beijing cuisine of Old Beijing Fried Noodles (Halal) together.
As the host of eatwith, I am also a big fan of Chinese local food, and I like to make old Beijing snacks in my spare time, so I am committed to delivering the "taste of home" to everyone who participates in the experience. We will be sharing our delicious fried noodles with you with the fresh ingredients in this event.
