Transportation method: [Passenger transport] 1. Take the high-speed rail from Taipei to Zuoying HSR Station, which takes approx. 1.5–2 hrs; take the high-speed rail from Taichung to Zuoying HSR Station, which takes approx. 1 hr.
2. From THSR Zuoying Station, you can take the Zhongnan Bus or Kaohsiung-Pingtung Joint Operation's Kenting Express to reach Kenting. Get off at Kenting Station (the stop is directly opposite Caesar Park Hotel Kenting). The journey takes approximately 2.5–3 hours, with departures every 10–30 minutes, making transportation very convenient.
[Driving] Via Zhongshan Highway: From National Highway No. 1, connect to Expressway 88, then to National Highway No. 3. After exiting the Pingtung Nanzhou interchange, turn left and follow the signs to connect to Provincial Highway No. 1. Continue on Provincial Highway No. 26 from Fenggang towards Kenting. After passing Kenting Main Street, Kenting Caesar Park Hotel will be on your left (Xiaowan and Frog Rock are in front of the hotel).
Via National Freeway No. 3 (Southern Section): Turn left after exiting at Nanzhou, Pingtung. Follow the signs to connect to Provincial Highway 1, then continue on Provincial Highway 26 towards Kenting until Fenggang. After passing Kenting Main Street, Kenting Caesar Park Hotel will be on your left (Xiaowan Beach and Frog Rock are in front of the hotel).
