How to use
Hotel pickup is provided for travelers staying in Da Nang city center. For travelers who do not require pickup, please meet your tour guide in front of "Novotel Danang - Premier Han River" hotel, 36 Bach Dang street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 12:00 on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 12:00 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Know in advance:
- You'll be requested to add your name and contact details during checkout. Please provide the valid contact method
- The final pick-up time confirmation will be communicated at around 07.00 pm - 09.00 pm one day before the departure date
- Free pickup is only available from Da Nang. A surcharge for far pick-up/ drop-off will incur for travelers staying outside Da Nang Center, including InterContinental Resort: Hoi An
- Ba Na Hills and Fantasy Park entrance tickets, buffet lunch and cable car tickets are all included in the tour
- Children under 4 years old can join for free and share lunch with adults
