Booking Guidelines

1. Booking Rules

Single guests can directly book the West Trip/ Route/ Line solo package (9-person shared group). A minimum of 2 guests is required for all afternoon snorkeling and fishing & snorkeling packages. Please check the inclusions of each package thoroughly before checkout.

2. Available Tour Languages

Tour services are available in Chinese, English and Indonesian.

① Chinese-speaking guide: Local Chinese-speaking host (non-licensed). The guide will accompany you for the entire island tour with smooth communication and thoughtful service. Drivers and guides are also available to take photos for you.

② English / Indonesian-speaking tour: Led by local drivers on Nusa Penida, who will arrange your itinerary and assist with photography.

3. Travel Arrangements & Reminders

① During business hours, our online customer service will contact you via Ctrip, WeChat, WhatsApp or phone within 5 minutes after booking to confirm your selected package, pickup hotel and travel details.

② You will receive the full itinerary, travel notes, driver information and pickup time on the evening before departure. If you do not get any messages via WeChat or WhatsApp after placing an order, please contact Ctrip online customer service actively.

4. Travel Tips

Nusa Penida features breathtaking scenery, while the island roads are rugged. Guests who are prone to carsickness or seasickness are recommended to bring relevant medicine.Pregnant women, guests with chronic diseases and seniors aged 65 and above are not advised to visit the island.

Please apply sunscreen and prepare an umbrella, slippers, drinking water and snacks. For snorkeling, bring swimwear, towels and a waterproof phone pouch. Please keep your valuables with you or store them safely.

5. Ferry Information

Multiple ferry departures are scheduled daily. You do not need to buy extra tickets if you miss a trip.

6. Photography Service

Drivers or guides offer free photo-taking service (non-professional). You may decline this service at any time.

7. Boarding Instructions

Please arrive at the pier at least 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in and ticket collection. Gather and board the ferry according to your colored name tag. Ferry departure time may be adjusted slightly due to passenger flow, thank you for your understanding. A multilingual customer service group (Chinese, English, Indonesian) is accessible throughout the trip. Waiting time at the pier may be longer during peak seasons.

8. Approximate Travel Duration Between Attractions

 - Nusa Penida Pier → Klingking Cliff: Around 1 hour

 - Klingking Cliff → Broken Beach: Around 1 hour

- Broken Beach → Angel Billabong: 10 minutes on foot

- Angel Billabong → Nusa Penida Pier: Around 50 minutes

The above durations are for reference only. Traffic jams are common in peak seasons. Please head back to the pier to exchange ferry tickets before 16:30. The last ferry returning to Bali departs at 17:00, and no return service will be available if you miss it.

9.Add-on Package: Afternoon Snorkeling / Fishing & Snorkeling (Nusa Penida Exclusive)

We will pick you up from your hotel in Bali in the morning and transfer you to Sanur Pier. Take the public ferry to Nusa Penida and explore the three major scenic spots along the West Trip/ Route/ Line. In the afternoon, board a traditional crab boat for snorkeling and fishing. This is a small group tour for 2 to 6 guests, with 3 to 4 sets of fishing gear provided. You may take your fresh catch to local restaurants for cooking. After the activities, take the public ferry back to Bali, followed by hotel drop-off.

Supplementary Notes

Itinerary routes and durations are subject to on-site adjustments. All guests in shared groups must depart and return together. Leaving the group without permission is strictly prohibited. Please accept minor time variations during the trip.

The itinerary for snorkeling/fishing on the western route is quite full. During peak season, it may be impossible to visit all the destinations due to the distance between attractions, traffic congestion at the pier and islands, or insufficient time for lunch, requiring packed meals. Alternatively, snorkeling spots may be flexibly adjusted for safety reasons. Please understand that there will be no refunds or additional compensation for these unforeseen circumstances. If you mind these factors, please consider carefully before booking.

16:30 PM Arrive at Nusa Penida Pier

17:00-18:00 PM Arrive at Bali Pier (Disband at your own pace)

Note: If you wish to visit Klingking Cliff, please meet at the pier at 8:00 AM. Luggage storage is not provided; a 50 RMB luggage storage fee will apply.

Service  A relaxing late-start tour covering 3 scenic spots along Nusa Penida West Trip/ Route/ Line. Snorkeling is not included. Please select your package carefully.

Itinerary 

Around 07:30: Shared pickup at hotel lobby. Exact time will be notified one day prior based on your hotel location.

09:00 – 10:00: Take ferry to Nusa Penida

10:00 – 11:00: Arrive at Nusa Penida

11:30 – 15:30: Visit Klingking Cliff, Angel Billabong and Broken Beach. Lunch is provided (choose fried rice or fried noodles, plus a drink).

16:30: Arrive at Nusa Penida Pier

17:00 – 18:00: Ferry back to Bali Pier

18:00 – 19:00: Tour concludes, shared transfer back to your hotel in Bali

Remarks 

1. Slight time variations may occur for shared transfers and ferry rides. Visiting sequence and duration are subject to on-site arrangement on the day.

2. The group may return to the pier ahead of schedule if activities finish early.

Access to Kelingking Beach is prohibited on this shared tour.

Service Options 

Both early and late departures are available. You may choose a Chinese-speaking guide or local English / Indonesian-speaking driver. Snorkeling is not included. Please select your package carefully.

Itinerary 

06:30 – 08:30: Private pickup at hotel lobby. Feel free to contact our customer service to adjust your departure time (early departure for early return, late departure for late return).

08:00 – 10:30: Ferry to Nusa Penida. Please complete check-in and ticket exchange at least 30 minutes in advance.

08:30 – 11:30: Arrive at Nusa Penida

09:00 – 12:00: Explore Klingking Cliff, Angel Billabong and Broken Beach. Lunch is provided (choose fried rice or fried noodles, plus a drink).

14:00 – 15:30: Head to Nusa Penida Pier. Please complete check-in and ticket exchange at the ferry company 30 minutes prior. - 14:30 – 17:00: Ferry back to Bali Pier

15:30 – 18:00: Arrive at Bali Pier

16:30 – 19:00: Tour concludes, private transfer back to your hotel in Bali

Remarks 

1. The visiting order is arranged on site and can be adjusted by discussing with your driver or guide.

2. If you wish to visit Kelingking Beach, please depart at 07:00. You shall take full responsibility for personal safety, and the driver and guide will not accompany you down to the beach.

[ West Trip/ Route/ Line + Afternoon Snorkeling | 9-Person Shared Group (Chinese / English) ]

Service  Sightsee famous landmarks in the morning and enjoy snorkeling in the afternoon. You do not need to worry about ruining your makeup or getting your hair wet during morning sightseeing.

08:00 – 08:30: Depart from Sanur Pier to Nusa Penida

09:00: Visit Klingking Cliff, Angel Billabong and Broken Beach

13:30: Put on snorkeling gear and head out for 3 snorkeling sessions (20-30 minutes for each session) Recommended sites: Crystal Bay, Wall Point, Gamat Bay, Manta Bay

16:30 – 18:30: Ferry back to Bali. Hotel drop-off after tour ends

Remarks

The visiting order is subject to on-site arrangement. For private tours, you may adjust the itinerary flexibly with your driver or guide.

[ West Trip/ Route/ Line + Afternoon Fishing & Snorkeling | 6-Person Small Group (English) Service ]

Discover scenic spots in the morning, then experience coastal fishing and snorkeling in the afternoon. Keep your makeup and hair tidy during sightseeing, and taste freshly caught seafood afterwards.

06:30: Shared pickup at hotel lobby. Exact time will be notified according to your hotel location.

08:00 – 08:30: Depart from Sanur Pier to Nusa Penida

09:00: Visit Klingking Cliff, Angel Billabong and Broken Beach

12:00 – 13:00: Enjoy featured lunch (choose fried rice or fried noodles, plus a drink)

13:30: Follow the captain for coastal snorkeling and fishing. One activity site will be arranged based on sea conditions, lasting around 2 to 3 hours.

Around 15:30: Head back to the pier

16:30 – 18:30: Ferry back to Bali. Hotel drop-off after tour ends
