- Electronic landing for tourism can only be extended once by 30 days.
- Flight tickets, hotels, and other itinerary information should be consistent with the actual travel itinerary. If they are not consistent, there is a risk of being denied entry.
- It is recommended to provide English flight tickets and hotel travel receipts that cover all travel dates during entry and exit to avoid customs inspections.
- Recently, there have been cases where the visa application cannot be issued after payment has been made. The order will remain in the verification state, resulting in the inability to issue the visa and refund.In such cases, we can assist in providing the payment voucher and relevant webpage link for verification.
- The usual validity period is 3 months, issued by the consulate.Stay within 30 days, but must be issued by the consulate.It's a single entry.
2.Processing time:
- The processing time starts from the time all the documents are collected.
- The visa expert will process the application within 1 working days
- It is estimated that it will take 2 working days for the embassy to review the visa application.

(4)Holders of a Hong Kong visa ID or a Macau passport are not eligible for the Indonesia B1 e-Visa. However, they are eligible to apply for the C1 visa, which can be used for tourism, visiting relatives, attending meetings and exhibitions or other similar activities, as well as transiting through Indonesia to a third country.
(5)We are unable to process Indonesian visa applications from the following countries: Israel, Guinea, Afghanistan, Cameroon, North Korea, Liberia, Nigeria, Somalia, and Bangladesh.
7.Refund rules:
(1) Cancellation after paying the visa fee and visa center service fee: no refund.
(2) Whether a visa is issued depends on the applicant's personal information and the personal judgment of the visa officer. If the visa is rejected due to non-operational errors, no refund will be made.
