How to use
How to Activate
- After activation, the plan duration is calculated as 1 day for every accumulated 24 hours.
- The eSIM must be installed within 59 days after purchase. Once installed and connected to a network, it will activate automatically.
- If the QR code is scanned repeatedly, it may be locked.
 
Set Up Internet Access
1. Turn off the primary SIM and turn on the eSIM.
2. Enable Cellular Data (iOS) or SIM Card (Android).
3. If you still cannot access the internet after the above settings, please configure the APN.
1. Normally, the APN is set automatically. If there is no connection, switch to manual setup.
2. Settings path: Cellular Number > Cellular Data Network, or Mobile Network > Mobile Data Network, or Mobile Services > Mobile Data Network.
3. Enter APN: lte-internet.lguplus.co.kr
4. Restart your phone.
 
- Once an eSIM is installed and deleted, it cannot be restored. Please do not delete it arbitrarily.

Validity Calculation

- The data usage period is calculated from the time of first data use.

* Example: Purchase a 5-day plan on June 1, first use at 10:00 on June 4 → valid until 10:00 on June 9.


Installation Reminders

- Some iPhone models support one-click installation within the Trip.com App. If this feature is unavailable, please save or print the QR code from your order in advance (iOS 17 and above or some Android models can save it directly to the phone).

- A Wi-Fi connection or existing network is required to complete the eSIM installation.

- If installation fails while scanning the QR code with an active network, your phone may be locked by your home carrier (unable to use other carriers' network bands). Please contact your carrier to unlock it before using the eSIM.

- The QR code can be used only once. Repeated scanning may result in it being locked. If you cannot scan it, please contact the operator's online customer service. (If scanning is not possible, you may manually install by entering the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your order.)

- Once installation is complete, the device cannot be changed.

- After an eSIM is installed and deleted, it cannot be restored. Please do not delete it arbitrarily.
