- A maximum of 3 cards per passport may be purchased.
- No refunds after purchase. Please confirm before placing your order.
- The service must be activated within 59 days after purchase. Expired orders cannot be used. Please plan your purchase according to your arrival date.
- SMS and call receiving services must be activated at an LG U+ airport counter after entering Korea.
T-money Transportation Card (Available for plans of 3 days or more)
- The T-money transportation card is a non-registered prepaid card and cannot be reported lost or reissued.
- For top-up methods, balance refunds, and related information, please refer to the T-money official website.
Network Speed & Data
- 11GB of data is provided daily. When it is used up, unlimited data at a speed of 5Mbps can be enjoyed. 11GB is automatically recharged at 12 a.m. every night.
Validity Calculation
- The data usage period is calculated from the time of first data use.
* Example: Purchase a 5-day plan on June 1, first use at 10:00 on June 4 → valid until 10:00 on June 9.
Installation Reminders
- Some iPhone models support one-click installation within the Trip.com App. If this feature is unavailable, please save or print the QR code from your order in advance (iOS 17 and above or some Android models can save it directly to the phone).
- A Wi-Fi connection or existing network is required to complete the eSIM installation.
- If installation fails while scanning the QR code with an active network, your phone may be locked by your home carrier (unable to use other carriers' network bands). Please contact your carrier to unlock it before using the eSIM.
- The QR code can be used only once. Repeated scanning may result in it being locked. If you cannot scan it, please contact the operator's online customer service. (If scanning is not possible, you may manually install by entering the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your order.)
- Once installation is complete, the device cannot be changed.
- After an eSIM is installed and deleted, it cannot be restored. Please do not delete it arbitrarily.

- If you cannot install the eSIM, cannot access the internet, or experience slow speeds, please check your phone's network settings. If the issue persists, contact the operator's online customer service.
- Usage may be restricted if used for purposes other than personal use, such as illegal spam calls or advertising.
