[Booking Process] After placing your order, our customer service will contact you and send you an electronic confirmation along with usage instructions. Please check your email or messaging app for updates.

Transfer Package: Please wait in the hotel lobby at the pickup time specified on your confirmation. Service covers hotels in Patong, Kata, and Karon areas.

[Important Note] If taking a taxi to the show, be sure to inform the driver in advance that tickets have already been booked. Wait until the driver leaves before exchanging your voucher at the ticket counter. This prevents drivers from claiming you as their referral to demand commissions from the venue. Otherwise, the venue may honor local driver agreements by invalidating online bookings, forcing you to purchase full-price tickets onsite for 2,500 THB.

Booking Information

1. This product is only available for booking by independent travelers (Thai nationals and minors are not eligible to book).

2. Group tour and semi-independent travelers are not eligible to book. Unauthorized bookings resulting in denied entry will not be refunded, and no complaints or negative reviews will be accepted.

3. Do not place your order upon arrival at the scenic area entrance. Tickets purchased at the entrance cannot be used, will be invalidated, and are non-refundable.

4. Do not arrive at the show venue in advance without receiving the confirmation voucher, otherwise the tickets will be invalidated with no refund.

5. Photography is strictly prohibited at the performance venue, including taking photos at the entrance. Carrying any photography or video recording equipment is strictly forbidden, including mobile phones with camera functions near the premises. Thorough inspections will be conducted at the entrance, and mobile phones can be stored for free in lockers. If brought inside, confiscation or fines may apply at your own responsibility.

6. Reservations are not allowed for those under 18 years of age. Any losses incurred from unauthorized bookings will be borne by the individual.
