The tour leader, Ma Lu, was very friendly and humorous. He took good care of each member of the group and was very attentive. The itinerary was well-organized, and he was helpful in answering any questions. He recommended some delicious food, and the scenery along the way was beautiful and relaxing.

This trip exceeded our expectations. Our driver, Xiao Duan, was a smooth and hospitable driver, introducing us to Chongqing's various tourist attractions and local delicacies along the way. We chose a day trip to Fairy Mountain, the Three Natural Bridges, and the Longshuixia Fault. We were short on time, but Dr. Duan helped us plan the duration of each attraction and kept us informed along the way. After leaving Fairy Mountain, he took us directly to the next attraction, and after exiting the Longshuixia Fault, he took us back to our hotel, eliminating the need for a shuttle bus. The 9-seater van was spacious and provided ample space for rest stops along the way, which was fantastic!

The car was dirty. The driver was smoking, even though we had requested a non-smoking driver. The car smelled of cigarette smoke. The driver's driving was very dizzying.

The driver and tour guide, Ms. Lu, was very responsible. Because the Wujiang River cruise ship suddenly adjusted its schedule, she immediately postponed the Chiyou City and took us to the boarding gate first. Although the route was more circuitous, we were able to complete all the itineraries perfectly. Thanks to your company and the excellent leadership of your staff.

Everything was great. We arranged a meeting via WeChat, picked me up from the hotel, the driver was very friendly and responsive, and we communicated through a translator. I was very happy with the trip.
