This service applies to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). Please select the airport corresponding to your flight, as transfer prices vary between the two locations.
1. Airport Pick-Up Service (From PEK/PKX to Your Hotel)
To arrange your pick-up:
- Provide your flight number, scheduled arrival time, and hotel address.
- Our driver will proactively check your flight's actual landing time (to account for delays) and wait for you in the airport arrival hall—holding a sign with your name—approximately 40 minutes after your flight touches down.
- The driver will assist with your luggage and escort you to a clean, comfortable vehicle, then take you directly to your hotel—no detours or extra stops.
2. Hotel Drop-Off Service (From Your Hotel to PEK/PKX)
For your transfer to the airport:
- Provide your flight number (especially important for international flights) and hotel address.
- We recommend scheduling the pick-up at your hotel lobby 3–4 hours before your flight's scheduled departure time (to allow for traffic and airport check-in).
- The driver will arrive promptly, help with your luggage, and drive you straight to the correct terminal at your selected airport—ensuring you reach on time.

We offer a diverse range of vehicle options tailored to your group size, ensuring a perfect fit for every travel party:
- For 1-2 passengers: A 5-seater car will be arranged
- For 3-4 passengers: A 7-seater minivan will be provided
- For 5-8 passengers: A 15-seater van is designated
- For 9-34 passengers: A 25-35 seater bus will be assigned
