▲ Hitachi Seaside Park is located in Hitachinaka, Ibaraki, along the Pacific coast. ▲ Kamiiso no Torii - It is said that Kamiiso, where the enshrined deity descended, is a sacred place and was therefore designated as a forbidden area (a place where entry is prohibited). Today, a torii gate stands on the coastal rocks where the deity is said to have descended, serving not only as a symbol of the shrine but also as a representative landmark of Oarai.
