The itinerary was reasonable and on time. We tend to get carsick easily on vans, but this one didn't cause any discomfort. The guide was also very informative. It would have been nice to see more places in Yokohama. The line for the Ferris wheel was quite long. Are there alternative options for seeing the night view? This would have freed up time to explore other parts of Yokohama.★

This was a fun day, but perhaps because we had the genki'st tour guide around, Tan, who was always energetic and happy! This has been my favorite day tour from Tokyo bot only for the sights, but the shopping was really great. I think it could be a little bit longer as I couldn't visit as many shops as I would've liked. The only thing stressful was the beginning as Gogoday has the same meeting point and timing for all their tours, so it's really chaotic until your find your tour guide. Maybe they should consider numbers on their flags?★

I booked a day trip to Kamakura for my parents, and they were extremely satisfied and had a wonderful time! Although the Tokyo sightseeing bus tour was cancelled, they received a refund of one-third of the tour fee, and I even took them to see Tokyo Tower! The two elderly people specifically asked me to give a special shout-out to our tour guide, Xiao Hui! She was patient and meticulous throughout the trip and even helped us find an authentic eel restaurant. Thank you so much!★

Our tour guide, Sakura Moe, left us with perfect day trip memories! Our group members came from Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mainland China. Moe seamlessly switched between fluent Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, making communication effortless and instantly bridging the gap between everyone. She arranged a rich and engaging itinerary, was knowledgeable and humorous, and even took us to try some hidden gems known only to locals. Even more thoughtful was her willingness to take many wonderful group photos for us at each attraction, providing exceptional service. The day was filled with laughter and joy, and we felt like friends. Five stars without a doubt! Highly recommended for all international travelers!
