2. Traffic and expiration date activation rules

The traffic and expiration date after renewal will be added (not accumulated) to the original booking. The activation rules are as follows:

The high-speed data of the original booking has not been used up, but the package has expired → The renewed booking will automatically take effect after the original booking expires, with no manual action required.

Method ② Manual activation: High-speed traffic has been used up and needs to be activated in advance

The high-speed data of the original booking has been used up, resulting in slower internet speed, but the package has not expired yet. The system cannot automatically activate the renewed booking → If you need to use the renewed booking in advance, please contact the supplier's customer support to request "early termination of the original booking".

Note: Early termination of the original booking is an irreversible action. Refund requests due to the inability to restore the original booking will not be accepted.

Disable domestic SIM card roaming

Before using eSIM, be sure to disable data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid high international roaming charges from using your domestic mobile network. You are responsible for all related costs, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase expenses, and transportation fees, with no additional compensation provided.

Adhering to fair data usage principles

To ensure internet quality and comply with fair data usage policies (FUP), operators may monitor users who excessively consume data within short periods, which may result in connection interruptions or reduced speeds.

To maintain a stable connection, it is recommended to avoid high-data-consumption activities such as streaming/downloading long videos, software updates, or internet sharing (hotspot).
