Awesome and spectacular tour! Even though it was only have a day, I saw more to the city when I first arrived a week ago! Ms Lan Vi, our local tour guide spoke perfect English and explained in detail the history of this marvellous city! She was very good at her job! I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour.
The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor.
The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.★

Order confirmation was convenient, and Ctrip customer service responded quickly.
Local guide Dong was polite and friendly. Vung Tau is a relaxing and pleasant little town, and the one-day itinerary was well-planned. The van was comfortable, and lunch was decent. The only downside was that the actual meeting point differed from the one stated on the order. Overall, I was professional, satisfied, and would recommend it.★

The guide provided detailed, easy-to-understand, and entertaining explanations in English. I also appreciated the guide's kindness, such as showing us the photo spots and taking pictures for us at each destination. The itinerary seemed well-organized.
