I would highly recommend this trip. They came to pick us up from the hotel, helped us with the tickets, travel insurance and getting our luggage settled on the boat. The cruise is very comfortable, and the views are amazing 👏.★

It was both relaxing and amazing. Amazed with the beautiful scenery as we cruise along the Li River. They have an app that was really helpful for non-Chinese speaker like me. There is a QR code to scan which has English translation of the description and historical background of the important spots/landmarks that you’ll see during the trip. The car service didn’t work for us coz we were not within their area of pick- up. The buffet though was the only downside, they run out of viands most especially the meat. Their staff members were accommodating. It’s definitely a must try when in Guilin!★

An excellent boat and a tour along one of the most beautiful rivers. A VIP ticket puts you on the upper deck, in a seat closest to the front glass of the cabin. There's a view out to the bow of the boat for photos. The roof of the upper deck has an open area where you can admire the views. During the cruise, the guide explains the sights and plays games for children, all in Chinese. The views are magnificent. The landscape depicted on the 20-yuan ticket should be viewed from the back of the boat, once you've passed it. The courteous staff will be happy to help. The included lunchbox is huge and very welcome. I recommend the cruise, especially on a sunny day.★

During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, I took my elderly relatives on a chartered day trip to Longji. The driver, Mr. Li, was very kind and provided excellent service. Although we encountered traffic jams and it took nearly four hours to reach the Longji scenic area, the terraced fields were still quite beautiful.★

It was fun because, since there were no tours available in Spanish or English, we took the Chinese tour, just like other foreigners. I found it a pleasant experience. The driver was fine, the place was nice, but perhaps my expectations were higher. It's true that each date offers different views, and I expected to see more. If I could change anything, it would be to choose the guided option or simply not do it at all, because it involves too much travel time from Guilin. But if you want to go and don't want to spend too much, the price-quality ratio seemed the best, especially if there are fewer than three of you. By the way, regarding the food, the driver took us to a specific place, which we imagine offers him some kind of bonus (which is normal), to eat the typical local dish served in bamboo, but you can order any dish.
