1. Whale sightings are not guaranteed on all tours. If no whales are spotted during your whale watching trip, you will receive a standby ticket for another tour within the same whale watching season. The standby ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

2. Speedboats are fast but have limited space, making the ride bumpy. Most speedboats are uncovered, so you may get splashed by seawater or feel the cold wind.

Guests prone to seasickness should take motion sickness medication the night before or the morning of the trip as advised by their doctor.

4. It is recommended to wear sunglasses and a waterproof jacket to stay warm. Also, bring a change of clothes as the fast boat speed may cause seawater splashes.

5. Smoking or drinking is prohibited on board at all times. The captain reserves the right to refuse service to passengers deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund. 6.
