How to use
After successful booking, please bring the confirmation document and arrive at the arrival pier 20–30 minutes before the time and address specified on the travel confirmation to redeem your ticket and board the ferry. Any losses due to personal delays resulting in missed travel arrangements will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

1. Whale sightings are not guaranteed on all tours. If no whales are spotted during your whale watching trip, you will receive a standby ticket for another tour within the same whale watching season. The standby ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

2. Speedboats are fast but have limited space, making the ride bumpy. Most speedboats are uncovered, so you may get splashed by seawater or feel the cold wind.

Guests prone to seasickness should take motion sickness medication the night before or the morning of the trip as advised by their doctor.

4. It is recommended to wear sunglasses and a waterproof jacket to stay warm. Also, bring a change of clothes as the fast boat speed may cause seawater splashes.

5. Smoking or drinking is prohibited on board at all times. The captain reserves the right to refuse service to passengers deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund. 6. Please take care of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for the safety, loss, or damage of valuables.
