About baggage size calculation instructions:

The number of baggage pieces indicated for each vehicle type is based on a standard size of 24 inches. Luggage exceeding 24 inches will be counted as 2 pieces.

Macau Private Charter Service Description

1. For Macau local private charter services requiring overtime, the additional fees are: CNY 400 per hour for a business 7-seater vehicle, and CNY 450 per hour for a luxury 7-seater vehicle. Any duration less than one hour will be charged as a full hour. Overtime cannot be guaranteed on the same day, so we recommend booking sufficient time in advance. (Note: Overtime fees may vary during public holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)

2. The time slot for car service is from 07:00 to 22:00. Usage outside this time slot, such as between 22:00 and 07:00, will incur a night service fee. For local car services in Macau, the night service fee is 200 CNY per trip. (Note: During public holidays, the night service fee timing may vary. Please contact customer support for confirmation.)

3. The itinerary can be customized according to your needs. If you have any questions, you can click "Consult Guide" at the bottom right or "Call Us" at the bottom left to contact our staff at any time.

4. Each infant/child is considered one passenger. The number of passengers or amount of luggage must not exceed the capacity limit disclosed on the page. If you book guide accompaniment service, an additional seat must be reserved to avoid insufficient vehicle space. If such situation occurs, the driver may refuse service and any resulting losses shall be borne by the passenger.

5. The booking cannot be canceled for free due to personal reasons, such as an expired ID, inability to enter the country, missing a flight, oversleeping, etc. Once the booking is confirmed, the vehicle rental duration is reserved to ensure your trip. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation policy on the booking page and pay the corresponding penalty fee.
